The 2020 British Enduro Championship kicked off at the weekend at Round 1 The Hampshire Enduro organised By the Witley and District MCC.
A superb event with a great venue and two fantastic tests.
The weather was horrendous and maybe an adjustment on check times was needed. Nevertheless, it was a British Championship and nobody can help the weather.
JSTGASGAS Rider Dawson Marriott made his BEC debut and thoroughly enjoyed his day. His test times were impressive but losing time affected his result.
Dawson was P5 Expert E3 Class and P18 Expert overall. Great result for his debut.
Manchester Xtreme GAS GAS rider Stu Owen was also flying the GG flag.
Stu was P13 Expert E2 Class and P25 Expert overall but is sure his result is wrong…
JSTGASGAS Team boss John Shirt was P2 in the Over 40 Class who was well and truly thrashed by Andrew Edwards. Losing 4 minutes on the tight check made for a sulky Shirty.
Thanks, Factory Kev for bike prep.
Thanks to Vision Media for the pics.

With the bad weather, quite a few events were canceled at the weekend for the JSTGG Trials Team.
However, Youth Team JSTGG rider Jack Dance rode at Earl Shilton and won with no marks lost. No matter how easy a trial is it not easy to clean!
Best regards
John
